What should I do if I'm not comfortable during my treatment?

Your therapist will be asking you throughout the treatment if you are comfortable.  If necessary, please ask your therapist to adjust the lighting, the volume of the music, the music selection, etc. to make your experience unforgettable. Your personal comfort and enjoyment is of the utmost importance.

What about my cell phone?

In consideration of other guests and in order to fully enjoy your time at the spa, we must ask that all cell phones be turned to silent or vibrate prior to arrival.

What is the difference between the 3 bikini waxing services you provide?

Bikini Wax – removal of all hair outside the line of a traditional bikini bottom.
French Bikini Wax – removal of all hair outside the line of a thong bikini, front to back.
Brazilian Bikini Wax – removal of ALL hair from the bikini area, front to back. Some guests prefer to leave a small strip at the front and this is based on the guests personal preference.

What should I wear during my treatment?

It is up to you what you would prefer to wear under your robe or during your treatments. Please keep in mind that you will be professionally draped during your treatment to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times and the therapist will leave the room for you to get in and out of the beds. If you feel uncomfortable removing your undergarments, please undress to your personal comfort level. Disposable underwear can be provided to you for some treatments.

How early should I arrive prior to my spa treatments?

We ask that all guests arrive 30 minutes prior to their appointment; new guests need complete a brief consultation form. Please advise us of any special medical conditions such as allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy, etc. This allows time to change into a robe and spa sandals, relax in one of our guests' lounges and enjoy a beverage. This is your time. Let the cares and stresses of the world slip and away and feel a sense of calm start to descend upon you.
